Postage and handling costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items purchased. This cost is calculated once your delivery address is entered.

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return any unused products within 10 days of purchase for your money back in full. Proof of purchase and a KE return form must be provided with any refund or exchange request and the products must be in their original condition.

 

To return a shoe purchased online for exchange or refund, simply return your purchase with a KE return form

Please be sure to indicate your reason for return in writing on the Karine Emanouel return form and send back to the above address. For your protection, we advise that you send by registered post. We will refund the cost of postage for the first exchange, all subsequent exchanges will be at your cost.
